Borscht

I've been feeling a little depleted lately and decided to make a giant batch of borscht to pep myself up a bit.  Kale, carrot, cabbage, beets, turnip, rutabaga, yam, shallots, garlic, ginger (certainly not traditional, but good) Spike and Viola!

I served it with quinoa and lentils to pacify the children, they will eat those dreaded thing if I pour enough nutritional yeast on it. 

Lying on the sofa with you feel up while the soup cooks is an essential part of this health regime.

blend and store in that half gallon mason jar you've been storing for so long.
